INTORDUCTION TO BLOG
Welcome to this blog. Rather than blog, I'd call this as a small but focussed collection articles for freshers.
I would be posting various tips, techniques, strategies I have learnt over time from my own experiences in the past & from experiences of others & recruiters. There are thousands of articles in the web for providing guidance on taking tests, handling interviews, group discussions etc. However all these articles are more generalised & meant for all categories or people. These articles are targetted at job seekers of all age groups, with/without experience, all countries, different roles & levels.
But, is that what an Indian fresher needs? 85% of our visitors at eFreshers.com are looking for IT related job. Does a fresher looking for tips on attending a TCS interview need to know about recruitment at Reuters or Kuwait Oil wells? No.. While the basic etiquettes remain the same, the format of questions & requirements are totally different. A candidate going through a number of such articles, eventually ends up confused.
So, the articles I'll be posting will be aimed at how an Indian fresher can approach tests, interviews, GDs etc. I'll also include the short-cuts & tricks that'll possibly help you. All that a fresher needs to know is, "what is that the employer looking for in me?" And she/he needs to makes sure that the employer believes that this guy/girl has the stuff required to work in their company.
I think this introduction would've given you an idea on what you can expect from this section. So stay tuned for some interesting & useful posts!
